U10 (Birth year 2014 or 2015) is offered 2 x a week on Tuesday and Thursday only for 1 hour (5-6pm).
U12 (Birth year 2012 or 2013) and U14 (Birth year 2010 or 2011) train 2 x a week but have the option between Tuesday/Thursday 5-6:30pm or 6:30-8.
U16 + train between 3-5 times a week depending on their training group and can train between 5-8pm.
Most practices are held at Fowler Athletic Park.
A singlet is required for competition. It is listed as an option online because returning athletes may already own one from a previous season and then do not need to purchase. If this is you first season you will need to purchase one.
Track meet registration fees are NOT covered by the Club. Parents are responsible for registering their athlete for the scheduled meets by the deadline indicated in Team Snap if they choose to participate. The Club will cover the cost of relay team registrations if there are enough athletes interested in their respective age groups.
