Truro Lions Track & Field (TLTC)

All club members must also be Athletics NS (ANS) members. Non-member fee will be applied during the registration process.

1) GIRLS IN MOTION program:
* Introduction to track & field events for girls and individuals who identify as female, age 10-14
* $45 + $40 ANS fee
* members have the option of competing in meets
* Tuesdays 6-7pm. 7 sessions: June 6 - July 18 (except June 27), Tetrathlon plus one Thursday, June 1

2) RUN JUMP THROW program:
* Fundamentals of track & field for children age 7-11 years
* $40 + ANS fee: members have the option of 1) recreational $10 or 2) competitive - includes free entry to all Tetrathlon competitions, $35/year
* Tuesdays 5-6pm. 5 sessions: May 30 - July 4 (except June 27), Tetrathlon

3) EVENT TRAINING program:
* age 12 through Masters
* members have the option of competing
* $100 + ANS fee
* June 7 thu August 3
* schedule based on event, see document attached

Additional Athletics NS fee for event training:
- FULL Year : $80 age 12 - 34; $40 age 35+
Full year membership expires December 31, 2023.
- SEASONAL: $40, expires August 31

NOTE: Member emails are delivered each week to update training schedules, competitions, etc.

All members receive a club t-shirt, 1/year.
