Location: L’Escale - outdoor track

- 3x/week
- Training times: Monday/Wednesday 5-7pm, Saturday 9-11am

Wednesdays July 12/19/26 will be in Ottawa for Twilight meets (5-8:30pm, finish time dependent on entries)
Entry fees and registration for the Twilight meets are NOT made by the club, each athlete will be responsible for their own entries and fees. Each athlete should speak with their coaches before registering for the Twilight meets to discuss event selection. FEE BREAKDOWN:
- $100 (includes t-shirt ($25), AO membership ($30) and helps with club operational costs)

Les entraînements seront lundi/mercredi 17-19h, samedi 9-11h

Mercredi le 12/19/26 seront à Ottawa pour les compétitions Twilight (17-20:30h, la duration est dépendent sur la quantité des enregistrements)
Les frais d’inscriptions pour les compétitions Twilight ne seront pas inclus dans les frais pour la programme. Chaque athlète sera responsable pour leur propre enregistrement pour les compétitions. S’il vous plaît - discutez avec vos entraîneurs avant de faire les enregistrements pour les compétitions pour en discuter vos évènements. Les frais:
$100 (inclus: t-shirt ($25), l’inscription avec Athletics Ontario ($30), support pour les d’opérations du club)
