Please register with the school you are representing.
Start time 4:30pm. Warmup 3:45pm. There will be PE classes in session until this time.
Order of events for track will be 4:30pm 100m, 800m, 400m, 1500m
Throws
4:30pm to 5:30pm Boys Discus and Girls Shot Put
5:30pm to 6:30pm Boys Shot Put and Girls Javelin
6:30pm to 7:30pm Girls Discus and Boys Javelin
High Jump, Triple Jump, Long Jump.
Relays will be figured out by coaches on Friday.

Parents and Coaches
Parents and volunteers are very much needed. We currently do not have enough adults / responsible teenagers to run the jumping events. We plan on hosting these events, but we will need to cancel them if we can't find people to run them. No experience necessary! Please contact phadley@kes.ns.ca to volunteer.
