Golden Ears Athletics Winter Training

Welcome to Golden Ears Athletics Winter Training. This is a great way to get in regular workouts throughout the winter that are specifically designed for your track discipline.

Training will begin on Tuesday, 10th October 2023 (following Thanksgiving) and continue until the end of February 2024. Workouts will take place either at MRSS track or at Athlete's Arena Gym (11455 201A Street, Maple Ridge) depending on the weather.

Training Schedule:

Beginning of season (October - while the weather is good)

Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays -5:00pm - 6:30pm @ MRSS track

After October (November onwards - when the winter weather sets in)

Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays -7:30pm - 9:00pm @ Athlete's Arena

Winter Training 2023-24 Fee Structure - age is calculated as of December 31st, 2024

Born in 2011 (U14, age 13): $350 (club) + $50 (gym membership) +$60 (BCA training fee) = $460

Born in 2010 (U16, age 14): $350 (club) + $50 (gym membership) +$70 (BCA training fee) = $470

Born in 2009 (U16, age 15): $350 (club) + $50 (gym membership) +$73.50 (BCA training fee) = $473.50

Born in 2008/07 (U18, age 16/17): $350 (club) + $50 (gym membership) +$94.50 (BCA training fee) = $494.50

Born in 2006/05 (U20, age 18/19): $350 (club) + $50 (gym membership) +$94.50 (BCA training fee) = $494.50

Masters (age 35+): $350 (club) + $50 (gym membership) +$63 (BCA training fee) = $463

Please note that your Athlete's Arena Membership for October to February and your BC Athletics Membership fee for 2023 is included in your registration fee.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds for program registration are available up to one week prior to the start of the program. An administration fee of $50 will be applied against the refund. BC Athletics fees are non refundable as per their policy. Final decision on refunds will be provided at the approval of the board of directors.
