Club Coach Endurance

This in-person workshop is modules #6-8 of the Athletics Club Coach Course for Endurance. It is designed for coaches who work with athletes over the age of 15 in the endurance events. It falls into the NCCP Competition Pathway.

In addition to learning advanced technical progressions, coaches will also learn age-appropriate strength training and how to put together a seasonal plan - all specific to the endurance event group.

This workshop will be held at Strathcona High School and Rollie Miles Athletic Field on the weekend of April 29-30th from 9:00a - 6:00p on Saturday and 9:00a - 3:30pm on Sunday.

For modules #1-4 of the Athletics Club Coach Course for Endurance, coaches should take the online Foundations of Coaching Course prior to attending this workshop. This workshop will next be held on April 13, 15, 20 & 22 from 7:30-9:30pm.
