AY Spafford Snowshoe Race

Dion Canadian Snowshoe Race Series - Yukon Race - Thursday, March 23, 2023

Hosted by Athletics Yukon with key sponsors Dion Snowshoes, Spafford Health and Adventure and sanctioned by Snowshoe Canada

Location - Mt. Mac Snowshoe Trails - meet at the upper parking lot behind / beside the Tennis Courts

Distance - 6 kms

Start time: 6:00 p.m.

No experience required! Come out and race and/or just have fun! There will be category prize winners along with draw prizes. Hot chocolate and treats at the end of the race. Cost: $10 AY members / $25 non-members.

A limited number of Dion running snowshoes are available for participants that need them. Please contact Ben Yu Schott @ 335.0441 to secure snowshoes, otherwise please bring your own. If you have any questions about snowshoe running, please call Ben as well. For those that want to build up to the race day there is also a 3 week group running snowshoe series leading up to the event.
