2022 Judo BC Winter Camp

Minimum Rank: Yonkyu (orange)

Additional Details:
• The primary focus of this camp will be to help prepare athletes for the 2022-23 competitive season and is recommended for athletes competing in the U16 age category or higher plus identified 2nd year U14 athletes

• Participants need to bring training gear (running, shoes, short, t-shirts) in addition to their judogi

• Athletes, parents and/or club instructors are responsible for arranging their accommodations, transportation and chaperoning of minor aged athletes for all participants.

December 27th
6:30 - 8 pm Group 1
8:00 - 9:30 pm Group 2

December 28th
9:00 – 10:30 am Judo Group 1
10:30 am – 12:00 pm Judo Group 2

12:45pm-1:45pm Judo Group 1 – Nutrition presentation
2:00 - 4:00 pm Judo Group 1

4:15– 5:15 pm Group 2 – Nutrition presentation.
5:15 – 7:15 pm Judo Group 2

December 29th
9:00 – 10:30 am Judo Group 1
10:30 am – 12:00 pm Judo Group 2
3:00 - 5:00 pm Judo Group 1
5:00 – 7:00 pm Judo Group 2

December 30th
8:30 – 11:30 am Judo Everyone

Group 1: U14 & U16
Group 2: U18+ & U16 with medal at nationals & U16 +73kg
